Confidentiality Policy

MSI FDP-Aval, CJSC strictly follows the internal confidentiality procedures. In addition to non-questionable abidance of the confidentiality rules, we are open to entering into Confidentiality Agreement with every Client at any stage of our relationship. Terms and conditions of such agreements can be discussed on an individual basis.

MSI-FDP-Aval, CJSC realizes the importance of confidentiality of information, obtained during the professional cooperation with every Client or Partner. Such policy is applied to all our products, departments and areas of professional services.

We take all the necessary measures of information security to prevent unauthorized access to project information, their alternation, termination or disclosure, by use of the Lotus Notes information database platform for all our professional activities.

Access to required information of Client’s project is only granted to the specialists, directly participating in the Project, and such access is limited to their role in the Project. Each of our specialists signs an agreement on non-disclosure of confidentiality information. Our staff members totally share with us the policy for careful treatment of Client’s confidential information, internal principles and rules of documentation of the Client.

We do not provide any comments on activities of our Clients to any media agencies without obtaining Client’s permission to do so. We do not allow the name of our Clients on current or completed projects to appear on our website, except for General audit projects and those where we have received an official information from the Client (such as an official reference).

Risk Insurance

Violation of confidentiality, just like any other professional mistake, is within the scope of Liability Insurance policies. Our insurance Company – Insurance Group UralSib, CJSC – obliges to cover client’s losses up to $2 000 000 (50 000 000 rubles).
