In September, 2010 MSI FDP-Aval celebrated 17th anniversary of its presence on Russian market of accounting and consulting services. Our Company is a member of a group of companies unified under trademark – United Consultants FDP, which is the sole leader in Russian tax consulting market.

Working closely with the leaders of Russian business, the company holds a strong position in the market of consulting services for corporate clients. From the beginning of our business activity we’ve worked in all areas relevant to Russia: oil production and refining, machine building, metallurgy, construction, aviation, communications.

For all the time of working in a constantly changing economic and legal system our company has accumulated rich experience, which allows to expand and develop the practice in new activities.

MSI FDP-Aval Group is included in the list of 10 largest Russian consulting companies. According to the largest and most respected Russian rating agency Expert RA we are # 1 in tax consulting in Russia for the last 10 years.

In 2007 our Company became a full member of MSI Global Alliance – worldwide association of independent professional legal and accounting firms. Today, MSI unites over 250 independent professional firms from 100 different countries. With accumulated annual revenues about $960 million, MSI is in top-20 of professional accounting associations in the World, and is one of the most dynamic. In 2003 Aval was among the first audit firms to pass quality test by professional audit association Institution of Professional Auditors of Russia (“IPAR”), accredited by the Ministry of Finance of Russia. Based on the audit, IPAR has issued us the Certificate for Quality of Audit Services, which confirms that our firm provides audit services of the highest professional level, and the internal control system implemented in our offices is in accordance with norms and regulations of audit in Russia.

In 2007, on the basis of repeated audit, we have received the renewed IPAR Certificate for a 3-year term.

Since 2009, MSI FDP-Aval was included in the list of legal advisers , and “Audit firm “Aval”, LLC, a member of the group - in the list of auditing companies accredited by the RTS Stock Exchange . Simultaneously with this event, “Audit firm “Aval”, LLC has also received accreditation as an auditing organization in the state corporation “Russian Technologies” in order to provide auditing services for corporations and organizations within its structure.

In 2010, as the results of regular testing, company received a new certificate of quality IPAR for a three years period. Our company has passed the accreditation in "UAC", JSC this year and are reccomended as the Auditor for 2010-2012 for affiliated and dependent organizations of the Corporation.
